Day 1 Learn Meditation for Beginners - An Easy Technique

A guided breathing meditation for beginners in mindfulness that calms and relaxes. This meditation technique is purposefully designed for those of you just starting a meditation practice. Or, those of you finding it difficult to sit for any length of time.

There are seven meditations designed to progressively advance you to a longer session. It is best if undertaken as a daily meditation practice. All that is required is explained in each video.
